Despite a season of uncertainty, DanceBlue cannot be stopped in displaying our dedication for the kids proudly. Over the summer, our chairs and coordinators worked together to launch one of DanceBlue’s most wanted systems – the DanceBluetique Online Store.
Built with love and mindfulness of our shared social contract to maintain a safe distance, the DanceBluetique Online Store launched today, August 21 at 8 a.m.. The new online outlet features select DanceBlue merchandise, including new releases, such as our FTK face masks.
Jennifer Derk, DanceBlue 2021 Merchandise Coordinator, is thrilled to create an accessible avenue for all DanceBlue supporters. “Although the DanceBluetique is going to look a little different this year, it’s going to be better than ever. With the launch of the new online store, alumni, donors, and dancers all over the country can purchase merchandise to show their support For The Kids,” said Derk.
Unlike past campus pop-up shops, the DanceBluetique Online Store acts as an accessible channel for every DanceBlue participant, from alum to donor to dancer. In addition to new releases, the DanceBluetique Online Store will include vintage and discontinued merchandise items.
In addition to online purchasing, DanceBlue will offer multiple shipping and pick-up options following the Center for Disease Control’s low-contact guidelines. Purchases can either be shipped or picked up in the DanceBlue office in the Gatton Student Center each Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pick-up orders must be picked up within two Fridays of purchase. While we are certain to miss your smiling faces, we are so excited to show our support through safe practices for the kids.
