Friday October 22, 2010 was this year's SeeBlue DanceBlue day at Keeneland racetrack. University of Kentucky students, alumni and faculty all went out to a day at the races to support the university as well as DanceBlue. Hats were provided by Keeneland and sold to patrons, and all proceeds were donated directly to DanceBlue. Additionally, former UK football player and current Colts player, Jacob Tamme, was present at the booth to sign the hats and promote DanceBlue.
This event was a great fundraiser for DanceBlue. We all had a blast talking to UK alumni about the philanthropy and got a very positive response from those who didn't know about DanceBlue and wanted to get involved with the event.
